Please review these payment instructions before completing your order. Orders are prepared for fulfillment only after payment has been received, matched to the correct order, and confirmed.

Secure Card and Wallet Payments

When the checkout page shows Credit Card / Apple Pay / GPay, select that option and click Continue to Secure Payment. You will be redirected to a secure payment page to complete payment by the methods shown at checkout.

Please complete payment from the secure payment page opened after checkout. If you close the payment page before finishing, contact Peptide Apex with your order number so we can help you complete the order.

Interac e-Transfer Payments

If Interac e-Transfer is offered and selected at checkout, your order confirmation email will include the payment details needed to complete your transfer. Use the exact recipient details, total amount, and order information provided in your confirmation email so we can match your payment quickly.

1. Place your order and wait for the order confirmation email.
2. Open your online banking app or desktop banking portal and start an Interac e-Transfer.
3. Enter the recipient information and payment amount exactly as shown in your confirmation email.
4. Include your order number in the message or notes field if your bank provides one.
5. Submit the transfer. Your order will move forward once payment is received and confirmed.

To avoid delays, do not send a different amount, use a different recipient, or omit your order number if the confirmation email asks for it. Payments that cannot be matched to an order may delay processing.

Order Processing After Payment

After payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for fulfillment. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days, and tracking information will be emailed once the package ships.

Payment Issues

If you do not receive payment details, close the secure payment page, make an error with your transfer, or need help matching a payment to an order, please contact Peptide Apex through the contact form and include your order number.
