Peptide Apex is committed to supplying high-quality research products and to protecting the safety of every customer. Please review this Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.

1. Final Sale Policy

Because our products are research-use-only materials with strict storage, handling, and safety requirements, all sales are generally final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, improper storage, improper handling, or any issue that occurs after delivery outside of our control.

This policy is in place for customer safety. Once a product leaves our controlled fulfillment process, we cannot verify how it was stored, transported, opened, exposed, or handled. For that reason, returned research products cannot be restocked or resold to another customer.

2. Cases We May Review

A refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution may be considered only when a verified order issue is reported, including:

  • The wrong product was received
  • A product arrived damaged
  • An item was missing from the shipment

3. How to Request a Review

Please contact Peptide Apex within 7 days of delivery if you believe your order qualifies for review. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting evidence such as photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and packing materials when applicable.

Requests submitted after 7 days, or requests without enough documentation for us to verify the issue, may be declined.

4. Review and Approval

Every request is reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, and Peptide Apex reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies and what resolution, if any, is appropriate.

5. Replacements

When an issue is verified, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability, shipment details, and the circumstances of the claim.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless Peptide Apex determines that the issue was caused by our error. If a return shipment is ever required as part of an approved claim, return shipping instructions and responsibility for shipping costs will be provided during the review process.

7. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

False, misleading, duplicate, or abusive claims may result in claim denial, order cancellation, refusal of future orders, or account restrictions.

8. Policy Updates

Peptide Apex may update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply according to the version published at the time of review.
