Peptide Apex currently ships orders within Canada. Orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing and transit times are estimates only and may vary based on order volume, payment confirmation, carrier capacity, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Free shipping is available on qualifying Canadian orders of $300 and up, when offered at checkout. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout after a shipping address is entered.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared after payment has been received and confirmed. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, though high-volume periods or payment delays may extend processing time. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Carrier Transit Times
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Tracking may show that a label has been created before the package receives its first carrier scan. This can occur when a parcel is awaiting pickup, has been dropped off but not scanned, or is moving through the carrier network before the next tracking update appears.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of delay, loss, damage, theft, misdelivery, or weather-related interruption transfers to the customer, subject to any carrier investigation or claim process that may apply.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Peptide Apex is not responsible for delays, returned parcels, failed delivery, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned due to an address issue, additional return and reshipment fees may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost, Missing, or Delivered Packages
If tracking does not show a package as delivered, we can assist with a carrier inquiry where available. Replacements or refunds will not be issued until the carrier completes its investigation and confirms the shipment is lost or otherwise eligible for a claim.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Peptide Apex is not responsible for theft, pickup by another person, building delivery issues, parcel locker access, or missing packages after delivery confirmation.
